I bumped into a good friend of mine who happens to be a very powerful pr rep in the industry, she was having brunch on the upper west side with….Shenelle and her son (whose name I’m not going to mention). I never spoke on it on the air out of respect for our mutual friend, but now that the photos have leaked, I will say that I dont know for sure if this is truly Hov’s lovechild. All I know is what I was told. She’s way prettier in person and the son was adorable, missing 2 front teeth, and very polite. Now some rumors say that the woman was paid $1million for her silence, but I dont know if I believe that. I think she gets financial assistance from Jay-Z, and is fully happy to cooperate with his discretion.

Heart Surgery for Regis Philbin

Regis Philbin will undergo triple-bypass surgery for his heart later this week at the age of 75. Detail are here and here.

Philbin said on his morning show Monday that he was experiencing chest pains and that he would need a bypass surgery. While he is recurperating, Live With Regis and Kelly will be co-hosted by substitutes.

Johnny Depp on Hiatus

Actor Johnny Depp is on a hiatus from acting, and won’t return until his young daughter, Lily-Rose, 7, makes a full recovery from her bout with a recent illness. The young child was admitted to a UK hospital with a serious case of blood poisoning that had affected her organs.

Depp halted production on his latest film ‘Sweeny Todd,’ and the studio was more than willing to work with his situation. Lily-Rose was released from the hospital on March 9, but her health is not back up to par, prompting Depp to stay with her until she is better.

Personally, I think it’s really cool of him to stop acting to care for his daughter, especially when a lot of celeb kids are “accessories” to some, and it seems they would rather use their family stories for press.

“If that (video) goes on the Internet, there’s going to be big trouble. It might be what they need to take (Spears’) kids away from her,” a source said of the video.

You know she posed for Playboy and then married the guy that owns all those hotels she designs, right? Um, hello, I didn’t have to marry Mr. Macy’s to get where I am today. All I had was a tube of bronzer and a dream. And Todd Oldham. Sheesh. When Heidi Klum is more eloquent than you you know it’s time to put it away.
