Hugh Hefner took on the stage with his playmates to announce Sara Jean Underwood as the Playmate of the Year.
The blonde 23 year old beat out 11 other beauties to become the magazine’s 48th Playmate of the Year.
The hottie just started her year-long reign and it was celebrated with a backyard luncheon under a tent at Hugh Hefner’s famous Playboy Mansion.
The party was attended by current and former playmates, more than 50 dating back to the 1950s.
