Among our experts’ findings:

Cheeks ($3,000):
They re more sculpted, maybe from weight loss or buccal fat removal, says New York surgeon Zachary Gerut.

Lips ($2,000):
Both bottom and lower are more prominent, suggesting Juv derm or collagen injections every few months, says Gerut.

Eyes ($8,000):
Her eyebrows drooped and now they re arched, Gerut tells Us. In my opinion, that s a forehead lift done beautifully, not Botox.

Nose ($11,000):
Posh s streamlined snout could be the result of nasal refinement surgery, NYC plastic surgeon Geoffrey Tobias tells Us. The bridge looks thinner, and the tip is narrower and slightly turned up, he says.

Chest ($10,000):
Beckham has dropped 20 pounds since 1993, estimates NYC internist Marc Siegel. Most women have smaller breasts as they lose weight, not bigger, Gerut says, speculating the roundness is due to implants.

Dancing with the Stars Elimination: Billy Ray Cyrus, Achy Breaky Feet, Say Goodbye

As American Idol fans wait in anticipation of tonight’s elimination - although, let’s face it, Lakisha Jones is a goner - another reality show bid farewell to a famous singer last night.

Not surprisingly, Billy Ray Cyrus was voted off Dancing with the Stars last night.

Booted off a show he said he never really belonged on to begin with, the country singer took his final bow thanking God and Disney for the chance to dance.

“I had a great time. I can’t believe a hillbilly like me got to do this,” said Cyrus, who was due on the set of his Disney Channel show Hannah Montana, alongside his daughter Miley Cyrus, later today.

“I’m grateful to all the people who helped me, but most especially Karina Smirnoff, my beautiful partner. She put up with my big ol’ butt and feet.”

While Billy Ray accepted his fate, others on the show were a bit more insane sensitive.

“I can’t believe he’s going to be gone,” said Apolo Ohno’s pro-dancer partner Julianne Hough, wiping away tears. “It gets harder as all these people leave.”

Even Laila Ali shed a few tears, but not before she said, “I intend to be standing on this stage when everyone is gone.”

Next up, Cyrus is off to work with Heather Locklear on Hannah Montana. “From one beautiful girl to another,” he said with a smile. “From Karina to Heather. What more can you ask for?”

Lily fumed to Grazia magazine: “Kate’s clothes are just for skinny, perfect girls. I won’t be buying any.

“I couldn’t get into those tiny hot pants if I tried, and if I did I’d look ridiculous. The hard thing is to get everybody of every size to look fantastic. That’s the real deal. Boxer Dies in Gruesome Motorcycle Crash

Diego “Chico” Corrales, who won titles in two weight classes and was involved in one of the most memorable fights in recent times, died Monday in a motorcycle accident, his promoter said.

He was 29.

Gary Shaw said Corrales was driving his motorcycle at a high rate of speed when he ran into the back of a car about 10 miles west of the Las Vegas Strip on Monday night.

“He’s laying there as we speak with a helmet on his head under a sheet,” Shaw said. “It appears he was thrown a great distance.”

Shaw said Corrales, whose career had faltered in recent fights, had recently bought a racing motorcycle, which he was apparently riding at the time he was killed.
