I wrote about Deneer Denim last year when I first came across their high-waisted skinny jeans. It seems that they have now picked up a very high profile fan in the shape on Lindsay Lohan who is keen on their Sloucher denim shorts which she has been seen wearing on a numbr of occasions in both the blue and cream versions.

New York is where I will be this weekend, hanging with friends, chilling out and reminding myself how great it is to live in a country with so much freedom; I don’t support this war or president, but I am grateful to our troops…

Lindsay Lohan’s dad calls her accident a “blessing.” Because it blessedly gives him a reason to get his name in the headlines. [TMZ] Brandy denies “each and every allegation” in the wrongful death complaints filed against her — as well as her 2002 guest appearance on Sabrina, The Teenage Witch. [E!] Mischa Barton hospitalized for “adverse reaction to medication.” That, and the alcohol with which she mixed it. [TMZ] Pirates of the Caribbean scores gold overseas. In future news, Pirates also makes a ridiculous amount of money in the U.S. [Variety] Candy heads back to Los Angeles shortly after a few days o’ fun in NYC. Hope everyone had a great holiday weekend!

In honor of this month’s Sun Sign (Gemini May 22-June 21), I feel it is appropriate to give a shout out to all the sexy and hot celebrities that celebrate their birthdays under this zodiac.

Today we highlight Lenny Kravitz. He’s plain old caramel goodness. Lenny was born May 26, 1964 in New York. Today he celebrates his 43rd birthday! (Forty is starting to look better and better these days)

Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer recently referred to public johns as “the sacred confines of a ladies’-room stall.” He thinks it works like Vegas–what happens there, says there. Tell that to Britney Spears, who allegedly hooked up with the soon-to-be-divorced Ryan Phillippe in the can at Les Deux. The National Enquirer found a source to squeal:

“After several of Ryan s buddies joined them at Britney s table, Ryan excused himself and went into the nearby men s room, said the source. On the spur of the moment, Britney followed. Alarmed, Britney s bodyguards began pounding and screaming on the door. With no response from her, they went ballistic. After calling out to Britney several more times asking if she was OK, they busted in the door and found Britney and Ryan groping and kissing each other, said the insider.

You can’t really admonish Britney for doing something like this. She is, after all, primarily noted for hanging out in gas station toilets minus shoes. Intimate encounters in public elimination areas are in her blood. The sight of doo-smeared bowls and the smell of urinal cakes? To Britney, it’s akin to two dozen roses and a velvet Tiffany & Co. box.
