Liev Schreiber and Naomi Watts may not have names picked out yet or done much baby shopping (”It’s gonna start soon, I can imagine”), but the actor feels prepared for impending fatherhood. Naomi is due with their first child in late July and Liev can hardly wait for the arrival.

It feels like something I’ve always wanted to do and was meant to do. I’m looking forward to it. I’ve always felt like, kids and dogs, I get. There’s a purity and simplicity and innocence to them that I feel like is the best thing in life.

After the curtain closes on his Broadway show Talk Radio on June 24, for which he received a Tony nomination, Liev has no doubt what his next gig will be.

I’m going to have a kid. I think that’s pretty substantial. I’m trying to write, and in between changing diapers, there will be time to do that.

Victoria Beckham has found it difficult to break into the US market and still doesn’t feel comfortable on the big stage. Victoria tells Metro UK,

“I get so nervous. The MTV Awards were so, so nerve-racking. I’m useless at speeches, so I’m glad I got a second chance to make another speech tonight [Beckham flew to England for another event after leaving the MTV Awards] and thank all the people close to me. I’m really, really exhausted. If you come closer, you’ll see the make-up covering the bags under my eyes.”

Victoria looks like a whored out Jessica Rabbit wearing a zebra bed sheet from the 80’s. Her hobbies are not eating, not working and being paid vast sums of money for it. I’m amazed she hasn’t already taken the US by storm. People can really relate to her.

Jessica has obviously been keeping a low profile since arriving back in Los Angeles a week ago in effort to avoid media attention after her very public split from rocker John Mayer.

Paris Hilton has been fitted with an ankle bracelet and released to house arrest due to medical reasons! Paris will be under house confinement in her West Hollywood home for 40 days, where she has a 3000-4000 ft. radius of freedom.

Nicole Richie is terrified of going to jail like best friend Paris Hilton. ‘The Simple Life’ star is facing a possible jail sentence after she was arrested for DUI (driving under the influence) last December. Nicole told US chat show host David Letterman: “I’m just keeping my fingers crossed, and of course, I’m scared also, but I’m willing to face whatever consequences come my way, and I take responsibility for what I’ve done.” The 25-year-old star pleaded not guilty at a preliminary hearing but the police who arrested her claimed she told them she had taken the painkiller Vicodin and smoked marijuana. Nicole will be jailed if found guilty as she has a previous DUI conviction in 2003 when she was found to be in possession of heroin. When asked when she will know if she is heading for jail, Nicole said: “Probably the end of this month.” Paris is currently serving the fourth day out of her minimum 23-day sentence for driving with a suspended license. If she serves any time it won’t be for more than 72 hours.

Sadly, Paris Hilton was released from jail serving only 5 days out of her 23 day sentence only proving to us regular folk that celebrities and/or snobby rich fuckers get away with the law. Authorities released Paris at 2 a.m. today for medical reasons… Is being a stupid whore a medical condition?

I woke up bright and early this morning to get over to the Steve & Barry here in town to check out the newly released Bitten line by Sarah Jessica Parker for myself.

First, what I liked about the line. The price. There’s something just so right about $7.98, $9.98, $14.98, and $19.98. I couldn’t be mad about that. I also liked her striped tees, and her message tees. Cute. The peep toe canvas wedges were also nice and summery and they came in a variety of colors. And lastly, I tried on a pair of her brown trouser shorts. The fit was so spot on (and cute!) that I HAD to have them. I also think that the visuals that they have of her wearing the gear in the store are very good. But don’t make the mistake of thinking that you are gonna look like she looks in a lot of it.

Which brings me to what I didn’t much like about the line. Some of the pieces are cut small, similar to a true designer cut. Her jeans especially. I’m normally a size 6 sometimes an 8, but I had to go up to a size 12 in her ankle zip cropped jeans. But by the time I tried the size 12 on, the waist didn’t fit me at all, so the jeans were a bust for me. I didn’t try on any of the dresses, pants or shorts so I can’t tell you about the fit of those with certainty, you’ll just have to try those out for yourself. Overall, on a scale of 1 to 10, I’ll give her line a good 6.5 to 7. It’s not a bad first attempt. And she gets points for doing a cute low-priced line that’s just in time for summer. That makes it easier to stock up on a lot of pieces for just a little money.
